My name is Nancy Cruz, and I’m the proud founder and director of this nurturing space where every child’s first steps toward learning are filled with joy, curiosity, and care.
With a deep passion for early childhood education and years of experience working with young children, I created Little Joyful Steps Learning Center to be more than just a daycare — it’s a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children can explore, grow, and discover the world around them.
Our philosophy is simple: every child learns best through play, love, and encouragement. At Little Joyful Steps, we focus on building strong foundations in social skills, creativity, and confidence through hands-on activities, structured learning, and plenty of laughter.
We believe in celebrating each child’s unique personality and pace, creating a community where families feel supported and children feel right at home. Watching our little learners take their “joyful steps” each day is what inspires everything we do.
